Once we’ve received any necessary town planning permits or dispensations, we can proceed with the final construction drawings. These are the plans that will be lodged for building approval and presented to builders for quoting and construction – so it’s important that they are of the highest quality. At this stage we also prepare structural engineering, energy reports and any other consultant reports.
