Armed with your comprehensive set of plans, you’re now ready to get building quotes for construction. If possible, we suggest contacting builders that have been recommended to you. We can also provide you with the details of some reputable builders to get you underway. You should obtain at least three quotes and spend time considering your options. Needless to say, the cheapest quote is not always the best. Once you have a builder and a contract for construction, we can assist in obtaining the necessary building permits through our preferred building surveyor if required.
